During the Ram Mandir Pran Pratishtha event, the lookalike was gathered by fans for photo opportunities.
A video of a lookalike of popular Indian batter Virat Kohli was discovered in Ayodhya at the Ram Mandir Pran Pratishtha event. The video has gone viral on social media. The spectators flocked to take photographs and films with the doppelgänger, who was sporting the shirt of team India. As the gathering grew, the doppelganger attempted to get away from the photographers while still taking pictures with the fans.
But his attempt to get out of the crowd was a failure. In addition, a Sachin Tendulkar impersonator was also sighted in Ayodhya. Thousands of worshippers came to the city on Monday to take part in the Ram Mandir celebration. Numerous personalities, from businessmen to other athletics, attended the occasion.
With England, Kohli will miss the first two Test matches.
It is important to note that the Indian squad is preparing for a five-game series against England that is scheduled to start on January 25. The opening Test match of the series will take place at Hyderabad’s Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium. Notably, the BCCI (Board of Control for Cricket in India) declared that Kohli will miss the first two Test matches of the series.
In an official statement, BCCI secretary Jay Shah stated, “Virat Kohli has requested that the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) be withdrawn from the first two Tests of the upcoming IDFC First Bank Test series against England, citing personal reasons.”
While representing his country has always been his main priority, Virat has made it clear in talks with selectors, team management, and captain Rohit Sharma that some personal problems require his presence and entire attention, Shah continued.
The announcement further stated that a replacement for the 35-year-old will be announced soon by the cricket association and the Men’s Selection Committee, which is led by chief selector Ajit Agarkar, for the two Test matches in Hyderabad and Visakhapatnam, respectively.
